About us

AloéOléa is at the beginning of an ambitious journey to build Tunisia’s first vertically integrated, climate-smart aloe vera supply chain. On our pilot farm, aloe grows side by side with olives in a regenerative system that conserves resources, restores soils, and runs entirely on renewable energy.

Right now, we are in the early phases: cultivating our first crops, testing products, and setting up local processing capacity. At the same time, we are developing the systems of traceability, certification, and quality control that will allow us to reach international markets with transparency and trust.

Our initiative places people at its center. Women from rural communities already form the backbone of our growing team, and we are investing in stable jobs, training, and opportunities that will expand alongside the company.

More than a farm, AloéOléa is being shaped as a model for regenerative agriculture in drylands, one that can be replicated, scaled, and shared as a knowledge hub for sustainable practice

Up to 70% less water use compared to traditional Tunisian crops.

By growing aloe vera in agroforestry systems with olives, we save thousands of liters per hectare each year, proving farming can thrive with less.

50 kWp solar plant powering 100% of our operations.

From drip irrigation to gel extraction and stabilization, everything runs on renewable energy – avoiding around 12 tons of CO2 emissions annually.

10 hectares under regenerative cultivation.

Our farms combine aloe vera with olive trees, restoring biodiversity and soil fertility while creating a living laboratory for sustainable agriculture in Tunisia.

Women are at the heart of AloéOléa.

They make up the majority of our workforce, and we empower them with stable contracts, training, and leadership opportunities to build a more inclusive agricultural economy

our vision

My AloéOléa is more than a farm,

it’s a replicable model for climate-resilient, regenerative agriculture.

Our site will serve as a rural knowledge hub, showcasing agroecology, solar-powered farming, organic certification, and water-smart practices.

We integrate social inclusion by offering stable contracts, training, and leadership opportunities for women, aiming to professionalize rural employment and foster an agricultural transition that’s both equitable and sustainable.

Our goal is to deliver environmental impact, economic opportunity, and a new narrative for Tunisian agriculture
